When you book a session, we agree to deliver the service as discussed at the time of booking, subject to availability and the conditions described on our website and during your booking call.

Cancellations

Punctuality

We aim to arrive on time for every session. Unforeseen delays can occur — if we are running late, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We ask that all clients behave respectfully toward our therapists. We reserve the right to end a session and decline future service if a client behaves in a way that makes the therapist feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
